The colorful, striped skirt is just the start of this raven-haired gypsy's wild costume. Golden bangles & golden hoop earings accent the gold micro beads on the many belts & bags that she has tied around her waist. Her skirt is nearly covered in loops of threads & braids, and colorful ribbons twist through her mess of curls. Close up your purse & hide the silver!

Each toothpick doll measures about 2.5 inches (7 cm) tall and can take anywhere from 6 to 15 hours or more to make, depending on the design. Aside from a toothpick skeleton, the entire body & costume are made from thread, including the head. Each doll is an original design, and comes with a glass dome & wooden base for safe display.
