This is a handmade piece which would be fun to wear as you play out many fantasies from Ballerina or Fairie to Princess of the Playa.One size fits most adults. Waist size from 25-40" (50-100cm)
Ribbon drawsting for waist.
You can change the look of this tutu by stuffing the skirt with thin plastic shopping bags or newspaper to make it stand out much bigger. You can also slide it all towards the back and wear the tutu like a bustle.
