Glass Bangle

Description

These glass bangles are like cuffs- they can be worn around the wrist or further up the arm.

The way the glass feels on the skin is great- it has a soft satin feel and it picks up the heat of your body.

They are kilnformed- fused glass and then slumped to the shape. They are an oval shape with have an opening at the back so you can slide them on your wrist sideways and then twist to straighten.

They are veyr strong considering they are glass although if you drop them on a hard surface they will break. Look after them - i feel like the fragility of glass makes it more precious!

This is a cream bangle which is 6mm or 1/4 inch thick. It is layered so the so the surface has ridges but is also a smooth satin finish.

It's my arm in the picture and my wrist measures 14 cm or 5 1/2 inch. I have 2 sizes at this stage- small would be my wrist- the opening is between 2 1/2cm- 3cm / between 1 and 1 &1/4 inch. Medium the opening is 3&1/2 cm.
