This is an outfit I made for my daughter last spring, she wore it on the way home from the hospital.

This unique 2-piece outfit is made of soft cotton knit fabric.

The word "pucksack" is originally German, it means "swaddle bag". It is very popular in Germany. Along with a onesie it makes a complete outfit for a newborn, it keeps her warm and cozy. It's perfect for quick diaper changes, it has no buttons, snaps or zippers - just pull it off and on again. This swaddle bag is REVERSIBLE - solid color with hearts applique on one side, flower print on the reverse side. The matching hooded jacket is made from the same fabrics (the jacket is NOT reversible).
