REDUCED - Draping Mock Cheerleader Skirt

This reminds me of a cheerleader skirt, but better. It drapes beautifully, and has a nice weight to it, while still being very comfortable. I made one for myself and it's my favorite skirt to lounge around in on summer days. The dark navy blue fabric is some sort of stretchy athletic type of material. The yellow is lighter and stretcher, I think it's some sort of spandex.

Measurements: 18 inches long at shortest point, 25 inches at longest point. 13 inches across top of waist, stretches to 15 across.
