The fabric on the "outside" of the eyemask is 100% cotton, featuring really awesome blue flames on a black background. This fabric also covers the elastic band which allows you to comfortably secure the eyemask to your face - one size fits all adult heads.

The inside fabric (the fabric which rests against your eyes) is a super-soft pure fleece in a bright blue color (photos don't do the color justice - really offsets the flame fabric!), which feels so soft against the eyes.

Finally, I filled the eye mask halfway with buckwheat hulls, fresh lavender flowers which soothe and relax, chamomile flowers for it's calming qualities, dried red rose petals, lavender and peppermint essential oils. These soothing herbs help to relax and comfort you, as well as helping to ease headaches and tension!
