Orange Floral Corset Dress. US size 6-8. (AU size 10-12)

Description

This is a new and exciting design! Great for those warmer months, filled with parties and other social engagements! I love this dress, and the fabric is so colourful and vibrant, and the contrasting frill adds just a little bit of quirkiness to make it lots of fun!

Imagine a bright pair of orange heels, and chunky brightly coloured jewellery to complete the look.

I designed this style to make your body appear very curvy, so I deliberately made the hips exaggerated by having excess fabric, as well as the frill around the waist. The corset will bring in your waist and pronounce your bust. Then skirt will follow your curves down to your knees and the the hem should sit just below them. A very feminine style!

Entirely hand made, and truly unique with a brightly coloured cotton print of random flowers, using various colours including orange, purple and grey on a white background, then a contrasting cotton voile frill in a different orange and purple print. There are buttons and an invisible zip at the back of the dress

Inside the dress, you will find a lace-up corset, that you can tie up and adjust so your body will fit perfectly snug inside the outer layer. The corset has been made like all of my other corsets, with boning, and 4 layers of fabrics, which means that this strapless corset dress will stay exactly where you want it to! The dress has been lined with a white poly/cotton to stay cool during those warmer months.

So far, I have only made one of these dresses, but if there is interest for more, and in different sizes, I will make more.

Measurements: Due to the lace up back, these measurements can of course be adjusted, however, since the dress is a button and zip up back, you need to be atleast the size of the measurements given or bigger (i.e. you can adjust the corset to make yourself smaller, but you can not adjust the buttons or zip to make the dress smaller).

Bust: 88cm/34.5inches
Underbust:72cm/28inches
Waist:68cm/26.5inches

Around the hip, there is meant to be extra fabric- it is part of the design.
Hip:98-103cm/38.5-40.5inches

Length down the centre front:84cm/33inches

Care Instructions:

Dry cleaning is preffered (due to the amount of layers, and difficulty of pressing), however, you could spot wash where necessary using a little soapy water, and drying out of direct sunlight.
