Small Cherry Hair Barrette

Description

These cherry hair barrettes are beautiful blonde wood with very subtle lines of other colors.

I cut each barrette by hand and shape on a belt sander and then hand sand each one. The final sand paper is a very fine 400 grit so that the wood is extremely smooth. Each barrette is then oiled three times with a polyurethane finish that protects the wood from weathering.

The french made clasps I use are the best quality clasp and I screw them in place with brass screws rather than glueing. I have been making these barrettes for nine years now and guarantee each barrette and clasp for life.

These photos are a representation of the cherry I currently have available, which means the barrette you purchase will not be the one in the photo, but a barrette cut from the same piece of wood. I also have maple, myrtlewood, madrone, cherry, sycamore, walnut and lacewood barrettes in all four sizes.

I currenly have all four sizes available in this cherry. This item is a small (70mm length clasp) for $16.00 each. The other three sizes available upon request are as follows:
