These are very impressive earrings. Four sterling silver hearts are soldered on top of a square jet black onyx background. Onyx is a semi-precious stone that is black and white, generally arranged in layers. It is a form of agate with parallel banding. This structure lends itself to cameo making. Onyx is found primarily in India and South America. The earrings are not heavy and very comfortable to wear.(code-E0776).
