This journal measures 3-1/2" x 5" x 5/8" thick not including the spiral itself. All papers are designed by 51 greenwich and offset printed in silver soy ink on recycled cover stock.

Packaged in a clear, biodegradable bag for safe keeping and mailed in a bubble mailer.
