This is my version of Duncan Grants drawing , titled 'Acrobat'! c1960
Duncan Grant is one of my favourite artists! He was part of the Bloomsbury Group of artists,writers,designers etc, that at it's simplest was a circle of people around Virginia Woolf and Vanessa Bell!
I have sewn the 'Acrobat' using felt and thread with hints of fabricpaint.
It is sewn securely on to a canvas with a wooden frame. It is not heavy and is ready for hanging!
