This is a lovely empire waist long-sleeve rib knit 100% cotton dress and hands down my best seller. Dyed in brilliant over-the-rainbow shades or Fuschia, orange, yellow, green, turquoise and purple. Three layers of twirly girl lettuce ruffles for extra flounce and good twirl factor. Lettuce trim on the cuffs. Size 2T.

o Dyed with fiber reactive Procien MX dye (fancy term for bonds beautifully with fabric) for vibrant colors.
o Items are tripled washed to remove excess dye and will not fade or bleed.
o Machine wash cold. Like Colors. Tumble Dry. It’s that easy!
