African Mercy Pendant

Description

This beautiful pendant was created on a piece of ashwood from a tree that was struck by lightning. It features the West African Adinkra symbol for "Mercy, Nurturing"
Often we feel like we have been struck by lightning in life and this is a good talisman drawing to the person who wears it mercy and aid.
The symbol is wood-burned onto the thin disk and then painted in a soft-white color to resemble a dove. This is pain and suffering leaving on wings, offering hope.
The African Mercy Pendant is finished with lemon-wood oil and smudged with incence, and measures 1-1/2 inches across. Includes small metal hoop and a hemp string.
This pendant is beautiful and meaningful and contains some good energy!
