FairyGlass Firefly Shimmer Pendant

Glass is a fascinating medium. There are so many different artforms created from it...and I play with most of them. When I first began experimenting with glass...I made rainbow pieces I called FAIRYGLASS...and since then I have been making different items...most of them some adjunct of fairyglass.

This is a piece of my original FairyGlass. A pulsating rainbow of green and amber flames seem to dance about and mix with hints of many colors. It shimmers with every movement...always changing. It reminds me of a firefly...creating its own special light.

Rumor has it that FairyGlass stones are stolen from the fairy dragon's lair...but I can neither confirm or deny that! I can tell you there is something special about every piece of FairyGlass. It's 99% glass...100% magic.

Original FairyGlass is created without the use of kilns or torches. Every piece is absolutely one-of-a-kind.

The focal pendant measures 1 1/2" x 3/4"; it hangs on a 26" chain of Czech glass beads. There is a gold-plated toggle clasp. Matching pierced earrings are included.
