SALE pleated dress in semi-sheer black floral print with puffed sleeves M

Description

Sweet little semi-sheer black pleated dress with dots and flowers in red, yellow, blue, and teal. Thin shoulderpads, puffy sleeves with button cuffs, matching tie belt. The dress has functional buttons all the way up the back, but it seems that the previous owner sewed up all but the top two buttons. Did she know something we don't know about the buttons' ability to stay closed and keep your back covered? The stitches can easily be removed, so I'll leave that up to you.
