Original Price $23 NOW $18.00A wonderful antique porcelain plate manufactured by Wheelock Germany in the early 1900s. It is perfect to decorate for your cottage, Victorian or shabby chic home. It is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks that I can see or feel. There is an under glaze “specking” on the rose but it in no way detracts from the beauty of the piece.
