Silkscreened Handpainted Silk Mens Necktie

Description

When I made the screen for this particular tie, I used a "de-constructed" method of silkscreen where I used household objects and thickened fabric dye. The screen pattern was made with a piece of old, thick lace with a pattern of a house and clouds on it that faded over time making this tie completely one of a kind. Plus, it was so fun to make!

Vibrant turquoise and orange, this silk habotai tie is not for wimps! This will look great with muted purple, blue or even lighter colors like lavender.

Dry Clean only, please.

All amtextiles come wrapped securely in a gift box with hand-dyed ribbon.
