OCEAN SYMPHONY original linocut
Description
The title for this piece is "Ocean Symphony." It is a celebration of all the wonderful sea creatures and a prayer for their well being. It was created and carved on a linoleum block and printed on cream 80 lb Strathmore acid free paper.The image is approximately 9 X 12 inches.
Every hand pulled print is signed in pencil, titled, and has a limited edition number. The physical act of creating a linocut involves multiple steps: drawing and designing, carving and gouging, handling beautiful paper, rolling the ink, and so on. Every step is done by me, and every linocut in the edition is slightly unique.
This piece is packaged in a clear protective bag with a backing for stability.
