Crocheted Chocolate Cupcake with Lavender Icing and a Cherry on Top

These crocheted cupcakes could make a cute decoration, or they could be used by adults as a pincushion. Either way, they're adorable and sure to be loved by their recipients!

This is a crocheted cupcake with a fully attached cherry on top. This cupcake is crocheted from red, lavender, and dark brown yarns, all of which are 100% acrylic. The cupcake is stuffed with fiberfill, and can stand on it's own (though it is a touch wobbly).

The cupcake measures about 3 1/2 inches (9 cm) tall, and 2 inches (5 cm) across the base. This makes it just a bit smaller than a normal cupcake, as it sits loosely in my cupcake pan.

These cupcakes are designed for use by persons age 13 and up.

(Although these cupcakes are very lightweight, I ship them in sturdy boxes to prevent them from being smushed into strange shapes. This makes the shipping a bit higher than another object of this weight would be.)
