Four 9mm Sprouted Curls cartilage hoops - Solid 14k yellow, rose, or white gold

Solid gold balls punctuate these simple curls. Striking, yet exceedingly comfortable to wear, you can easily sleep in these every night. I love the organic, slightly cratered feel these balls have. No two are ever quite the same! The gold balls are formed by melting the ends 20 gauge 14k gold wire until it forms solid gold beads. A lovely, understated handmade piece for everyday wear.

Perfect as nose rings, these are also great for second or third piercings and cartilage piercings - I prefer these in my second piercings. You're limited only by your own creativity - and piercings!

These Sprouted Curls are 9mm (3/8") and 20 gauge* and come in solid 14k yellow, rose (pink), and white gold. Please make a note if you'd like the rose gold or white gold versions. Otherwise I will send you a set in yellow gold.

Also available in my shop in sets of one, two, and four, in sterling silver, and in a variety of sizes and gauges. Please contact me for pricing if you'd like a size or gauge that you don't find in my shop.

The fourth photo shows my sprouted stock just after I melt the balls on the ends of the wire and before I put them into the jewelry pickle, which removes the black firescale. Once they're out of the pickle, I make these into a variety of hoops, nose studs, and nose screws.

*20 gauge earrings are the thickness of normal stud earrings and fit normal pierced ears nicely.
