Fine silver is awesome. It tarnishes less, shines more and glides thru my fingers when I crochet with it. I use hand crocheted fine silver chains in about 95% of what I make and customer love them! Check out photo 4 for a pic of the clasp and 5 for an example of how this handmade chain really enhances a pendant I made. I thought that other jewelry makers and lovers would like to use this unusual chain in their work, too!This listing is for 1 Fine Silver Hand Crocheted wire necklace chain. The chain is 3/16" wide. Choose between 20", or 22" long and specify in the message to seller. This listing includes a sterling silver lobster clasp. Use this chain to suspend your favorite pendant!
Fine silver differs from sterling silver in that is contains no other metals. Sterling silver contains up to 5% other metals such as brass to add hardness. Since fine silver is only silver, it tarnishes less and is softer.
