Roxie Green Oxidized Hammered Circle Earrings

I seem to be a circle tangent lately. Perhaps it's the direction of my life, perhaps it's a symbol of the cycle of life, perhaps it's inspiration from the bagel I had for breakfast.

These are hand forged and soldered sterling silver circles, hammered for texture and then oxidized a dark mellow charcoal grey. The high points have been polished back to sparkle against the grey.
They each hold a handmade glass ring in bright lime green. The ring is placed on the circle before it is soldered so it is captured forever.
The circles dangle on handmade ear wires of sterling silver that have also been oxidized.

The circles measure about 23mm in diameter (just a tad under 1 inch across). The total drop on the earring from top of ear wire to bottom of bead is about 4.5 cm (46mm to be exact) or about 1 3/4 inches long. The blue rings measure between 13-14mm in diameter.
