New Zealand Abalone (Paua) Shell Necklace

Description

The beauty of New Zealand waters is captured in the paua shell. Each pendant combines two paua shells with Swarovski crystal, Chech glass or other complimentary beads making each pendant a unique piece.

Each pendant is shipped with a black 18-inch cord necklace with silver plated findings.

Paua pendant #1 features a triangular abalone shell on the bottom with full color spectrum of black purple to teal green. The beaded accents are all iridescent iris beads including faceted and disk beads. This pendant is approximately 2.25 inches in full length and the cross arm is approximately 1.75 inches in width.

Paua pendant #2 features a sweaping abalone shell showing pink and green opalescent coloring. The cross arm is almost boomerang in shape and reflects the same coloring as the main shell. The accent bead is a peridot Austrian crystal. This pendant is approximately 2.75 in full length with the cross arm being 2 inches in width.

It is difficult to capture the full color spectrum in the photos. The paua shells will reflect intense colors providing depth to each piece.
