Out of all the pieces of jewelry I've made my all-time favorite has been a simple necklace I made for my mom, Donna, for Mother's Day. I loved everything about it, the colors, the flow, the way it looks on your neck...so I'm recreating it in several color schemes hoping others will love it too! I've spent the last few months gathering stones, pearls, seed beads, and more to make new versions of the Donna Necklace...I hope you--and my mom--love them as much as I do!

I spied a sweet doe last week while driving through Orr's Island. She was munching in the brush and watched me drive towards her, then he turned and with one graceful leap she was lost in the trees.

This necklace is a four-way braid of beautiful picture jasper, bright bronze pearls, white turquoise, and two suede cords--in ivory and tan. The ends are capped with Bali-style copper cones with a copper hook clasp.
