Aquamarine and Silver Filigree Necklace
Description
This is a beautiful piece and one of my personal favorites. The centre pendant was made in Thailand by a man that has been making jewellery his whole life. The techniques he uses have been passed down from four generations and he has been making jewellery for the Thai royal family too! He lived and worked in the area of Thailand where I lived for a while and I asked him to make these pendants for me to add to my box of goodies....So here we have it, with tiny silver beads and Aquamarine beads to accompany this masterpiece of wirework. All silver is sterling silver and the necklace is 42cm in length.
The Aquamarines are smooth ovals ranging in sizes. Approx 11 - 12mm in length each.
