Bird, Wing, Star Postcard SET of 6 (Gray)
Description
Letterpress printed postcards on reclaimed light gray paper, 6 cards in each set (3 designs, 2 of each). Each card designed with 3 print runs, handprinted, using a vintage Vandercook press.Background stars printed in aqua, foreground bird/ wing/ poem printed in brick red. Detailed message on poem postcard (front) reads, "hand reaching stars like wings grazing cloud but shoulder blades and bird tattoo." One line of aqua text at the very bottom (back) reads, "Made by Katrina in Dec 2006."
Cards measure approx. 4" x 6". Songbird image is a hand-carved linoleum block and all type is set by hand, one letter at a time (w/ love).
