Long Day Fighting Bruise and Muscle Rub

Whether you've been fighting to win a tournament versus armed opponents, or fighting to get your best friend's couch into her third-floor walkup, at the end of the day, you're going to want a bottle of this.

Formulated as a complement to my Long Day Working Bath Salts, this muscle and bruise rub has some of the same ingredients, including rosemary and clove essential oils. I've added a number of other ingredients as well.

Arnica oil is a classic for bruises and aching muscles, and one that I couldn't put into the bath salts. Black pepper oil is much the same way. To that I've added ginger, calendula, marjoram and fennel seed, all infused into the grapeseed oil that forms the base for this oil.

Each bottle contains two ounces of massage oil. NOT TO BE USED INTERNALLY.
