Vintage Pattern from Wendy for Ladies Tabbard and Hat (no 2033)

Description

I'm not sure how old this pattern is but the person I acquired my patterns from hasn't sold any knitting patterns since 1990.

This looks distinctly late 1970s early 1980s.

It is to make a tabard and matching hat. To fit bust size 81-97cms (32-38 inches). Length of tabard is 76cmx (30 inches). Hat to fit 'average' head. Using 13 50g balls of Wendy Lima wool.

Tension: '10 1/2 stitches and 16 rows to 10cms (4 inches) over st. st. on 61/2mm (No.3) needles.'

Pattern is over 4 A5 pages. Slightly yellowed with age and curled at the edges - despite being kept in a plastic folder since received at the shop.
