For your consideration is this beautiful, boutique tote that is handmade by me using a new Amy Butler fabric in shades of pink, lime green floral on a chocolate background. The fabric is Amy Butler's "Sweet Jasmine in Brown" from her new "Daisy Chain" collection - Released in September 2008. I also used another of Amy's fabrics
" Tree Peony in Pink" from her Lotus collection. A wonderful combination.

It is truly one-of-a-kind. I will never make another one exactly like it. This tote is just the right size to carry every day or for a day of shopping and would also make a great book bag, small diaper bag or market tote. It is sturdy enough to hold your heavier items.

♥ On The Outside ♥
I made the front and back of the bag using the beautiful Tree Peony fabric. On the sides, botton and handle, I used Amy's "Sweet Jasmine" fabric. The handle is heavily padded and top stitch quilted and will feel very comfortable on your arm or shoulder.

♥ On The Inside ♥
I think the inside of a purse should be as pretty as the outside. I used a creamy diamond quilted fabric for the lining. " Three pockets in the Tree Peony fabric were added to hold all of your essentials." A fold over tab closure and cute matching button will keep your tote secure.

♥ Construction ♥
I constructed this bag to feel super quilty soft but it can stand on it’s own. Sandwiched between the outside and the lining is a layer of thick batting along with a layer of interfacing. The bag will not sag and also give it a feeling of being quilted. Scotchguard has been applied for protection. You can spot clean and steam press if necessary.
