You will need a U.S.-8(H or size for gauge) and 100% cotton worsted weight yarn, such as Sugar 'n Creme as used in the sample. A soft acrylic also works well.

Use your favorite colors to create this fun hat for all the kids in your life.

Knowledge and experience in crochet on an EASY--INTERMEDIATE level is assumed in the instructions. This is probably not a good beginner project.
