This listing includes the Knitted Leaf pattern at half price! The last image shows samples of how I've found ways to use the Leaf pattern.

This is a great for holiday knitting/felting project because it knits up quickly and uses only one skein of yarn! The suggested yarn is Lamb's Pride Worsted Wool, which is 85% wool and 15% mohair, and is absolutely beautiful when felted up. There is no lining necessary, since the piece is felted, and super sturdy. And of course, this pattern is so darn cute, who wouldn't want a Berry Bag!

This pattern requires knitting on size US 11 double pointed needles and switching to a 24" US 11 circular needle. It's fairly easy, but if you're not used to knitting on double pointed needles, juggling size 11 needles may be tricky at first. Once you get going after a few rows, it'll be easier to knit.

The finished dimension is approximately 9" in diameter with a 4" wide handle opening for the red berry. The lime and turquoise bags have smaller handles - please see notes at the end for smaller handles.
