A serious drum for serious drumming,,,
The powerful sound is generated from its
large 18" diameter head & 30" tall body.
Headed with a heavy-thickness Goat skin
to encourage & carry the low-end vibrations,
while still having a wide dynamic range of tones.
The tunable tensioning cords are of the highest
quality low-stretch rope to help maintain pitch.
The shell is wheelthrown from a Stoneware
clay body and fired in a gas kiln to 2450F.
Special attention is given to the rim's
*Sound Edge* to ensure the skin properly floats
to resonate the wide range of clear tones.
A final touch is to Tie Dye the goat skin head
to further enhance the drum's beauty. $1,125.00
