I've used one of my flowers and some delicate gold fill chain to wrap up a G O R G E O U S stalactite slice. The flower petals of spessartite garnet and amethyst pick up some of the stalactite colors.Above, the large linked, 14/20 gold fill chain is adorned with dangles of apatite, garnet, pink amethyst, peridot, green/gold quartz, rose quartz, and prehnite. A doubled strand of delicate chain wraps around your neck where a handmade clasp adjusts the length from 23 to 25 inches.
While the focal is bold and makes a statement, the overall feeling of this piece is airy and delicate and showcases the beauty nature creates.
