Description
This is a luxurious, hand-knitted neck warmer in super soft baby Alpaca. Did you know that alpaca fiber is several times warmer than wool and much stronger? Alpaca fiber is as soft as cashmere, but can feel even smoother and softer than cashmere. A cross section of an alpaca fiber reveals microscopic air pockets. These pockets of air add to the insulating qualities as well as the light weight of an alpaca garment. Over 30% of American consumers surveyed claimed to be allergic to wool. These same people can wear cashmere or alpaca with no adverse reaction.Care: hand wash, dry flat. Ths is a great alternative to a scarf, much less trouble and bother. It is about 23" long and 4" wide. Includes two 1" ceramic buttons.
