Crochet this super speedy, urban style, chunky weight male beanie with visor in two hours! This is a winter weight hat. Please note that this pattern is very different than the Crazy Easy Urban Chunky Newsboy Cap - uses different hooks, different yarns, different sequence of stitches, larger band circumference. Beanie will fit most human males. Pattern calls for a double strand of worsted weight acrylic/wool blends (ex: Wool-Ease, Decor) and is not intended for use with 100% acrylic Red Heart yarns (too stiff). This is a very attractive beanie/skully that is a dream to make using a P hook as the star performer. Beanie is created in one piece and visor does not have a plastic insert. You will need about 220 yards of yarn. Visor keeps nasty weather at bay and beanie fits over ears for extra warmth. Beanie can also be created without visor (instructions are included for doing so). I spend weeks designing patterns that are easy to understand and won't end up in the garbage can. Files will be emailed within 24 hours of receipt of payment.
