The Kiss 24 1/2 x 24

Description

The kiss image was made using strips and various pieces of fabric. The two silhouettes where the faces come together is the shadow of "the kiss". One face is smaller (the female) than the other (male).

People have had different comments when they see this image. From mother and daughter, teen's first kisss, lovers kiss. You decide what you'd like the image to represent.

They are heads are both covered, scarf, wool cap, headress??
The female is wearing a large earring or it could be the wrapped knot of her scarf.

The piece could be African or Comptemporary. Some of the fabric used has a sheen or metallic feature.

Please dust with a duster and DO NOT WASH. The pieces were fused onto a tricot backing, sprayed with an acrylic and UV protectant solution mist. Cover with a clean sheet of white paper or cloth and press flat after shipping. It is ready for framing. It will be delivered rolled in a mailing tube.

Optional: If you would like to hang it on your own rod, convo me and I will add a binding and a sleeve to hang.
