Okay 0kay... It's really a bottle, but it LOOKS like a Hookah!

I found this weird and ancient children's picture book at a little English Church jumble sale a long long time ago, the back cover gone missing long before it ever saw my hands. The book was called Little Merry Makers and as many times as I've tried to find it listed or mentioned anywhere, alas... I can't.
This book was printed in several different colors of inks, this Mulberry color ink is my favorite, as it shows the details of the engraving best. Most of these gorgeous pages are printed in green.
This page measures 6 1/2" x 9" and is evenly tanned in color and is extremely fragile.
