Into the Red Abyss Earrings

Elegance, playfulness, and a whole lotta red combine to form these beautiful, one-of-a-kind earrings!

These earrings are light and fun while still making a serious impact. From handmade, silver-plated ear wires hang a lovely glass bead. In the center is a delightful shade of red, and it is surrounded by clear glass to create a fun visual impact. Below hangs a red glass bead in the shape of a flattened, rounded rectangle. It has a little bit of contouring to reflect the light. Using red-colored wire, I hand formed little swirls that almost look like treble clefs and hung them below. Except the swirls, the wire is silver-plated, and all wire was hand wrapped by me. Including the ear wire, each earring measures 2.75 inches (7 cm).
