Description

Facades whether they are store fronts, homes, or public buildings have always fascinated me. They say so much about the people that reside within. I feel I know them even though we have never met. This image is part of the Facade series. Your chance to imagine with me who lives or works inside.

At some point, the owners may have a had a quarrel. Why two identical doors? Different business strategy, personalities at odds with each other but agreed to remain as partners, two entrances so they don't have to speak? Once inside, is the tension obvious to the customers? Possibly, it is as simple as a wall that was torn out and what once was two now is one shop.
