If you love wearing hats but also love wearing your hair up, this hat lets you do both. It features two openings to pass your pigtails through. Unlike other hats marketed as "pigtail hats", this one allows you to show off your own beautiful tresses, not a hank of yarn sewn to the outside of a regular hat. (Please note that the brown yarn in the photo is NOT part of the hat; it is just to show where your hair will be.) I have a few hats in this style, and I always get lots of admiring looks and comments when I wear them out and about. Another benefit of this hat is that it allows you to keep your hair pulled back out of your face without the tightness of hair elastics. As someone who gets frequent headaches, this is a lifesaver for me! Just pull your hair through the opening in the hat, and you're done.

The hat is hand-crocheted from a very soft, fuzzy acrylic yarn in a deep emerald green. It features a pretty scalloped edge. It is hand washable, and fits most adult sizes.

This is a discontinued style, and has been deeply discounted. It normally sells for $25!
