Authentic Vintage Leather & Straw Husk Handbag

Original from the 1960s

This is a beautiful and classic, vintage, Handmade, rattan and straw woven handbag. This bag is great quality with a traditional brass turn latch and large studs on the front. This bag is very collectible especially in this condition. I believe it is circa 1960's. The straw is in great condition except for one spot in under latch, due to its age there is some wear to the rattan around the closure, see pics.

It features a two leather handles, brass latch, pegs to stand it on, studs, beautiful reddish/brown leather flap closure, and a pretty, very clean, floral fabric interior. There is some wear of the lining at the bottom but fully in tact. I'm not sure who the designer of this beautiful handbag is but it looks to be great quality and handmade. I'm sure it was expensive when originally purchased.

This handbag measures 10.5" long, 8" tall, and 5.5" deep. The straps are about 6 1/2" high.
