Ethiopia Organic Coffee Sling Bag

The perfect all day, everyday market bag.

This bag is 100% environmentally friendly:
○ The main fabric is a RECYCLED Jute coffee sack.
○ The lining is ORGANIC Hemp canvas that has been environmentally dyed a stone colour.
○ The 4cm/1.5” button used to close the bag is hand made from Poplar wood.
○ Pure cotton thread has been used to sew this bag.

This bag is from Ethiopia. The black print reads "Hand Picked", "Sun Dry", "Produce of Ethiopia", "Moplaco" and "MPC" (which I think is the Coffee Plantation's name). This coffee plantation is a FAIR TRADE farm which means that there is no exploitation of the workers. This is nice to know as not only is the end story a healthy and friendly one, but the whole story is.

The bag is approximately:
The base is 46x12cm / 18x5”
The opening is 41cm / 16”
The strap (starting from the opening) is 64cm / 25”.
*A laptop fits into this bag both ways (upright and lengthwise).

There are 2 pockets inside this bag which are both 18x13cm / 7x5”. One is open and the other closes with a button hole.

This bag has endured a lot of rugged traveling so it is not going to wear out anytime soon. The jute and hemp canvas is extremely strong and tough. The fabric has marks made by nature testifying to its journey that adds, I think, a wonderful character to the fabric. This also means that any dirt does and will not show. I am sure this bag will become your favourite companion for all these reasons and many more.
