Description

This beautiful tulle skirt is made from the softest bridal tulle that is available. It just happens to be in bold Red and Black.

The waist is matching black cotton over elastic. It's very comfortable and easy to wear.

All of the tulle is hand-gathered, stitched, and serged to the waistband. It's safe for the washing machine and dryer.

Just remember that this skirt is only 7 inches long and even though it's very full...it's still pretty sheer. You might want to wear it over a pair of jeans or with Boy Shorts.
