Apple Jasper Necklace

Description

The jasper is called "apple jasper", probably because of the red streaks on some of the stones that resemble the reds on apples. The apple jasper flat ovals are 20x15mm. The 10mm Preciosa "jet" colored crystal rounds and the caramel-colored glass beads make a warm color combination for the winter. And for a bit of sparkle, all the stones and beads are separated by little sterling silver rounds. I hand-crafted the hook claps from 16 gauge sterling silver. The hook suits the look of this simple necklace. The necklace is choker length, 16".
