Purple Moonlight - small acrylic painting on canvas

Description

In this small painting, a gnarled tree is silhouetted against a moonlit sky that fades from deep, dark purple to pale lilac.

I've used acrylic paints on a canvas measuring 12cm (7") high by 18cm (5") wide to create this artwork. The colours of these paints continue over the sides of this canvas, to give one continuous block of colour. This means that this painting does not need to be framed. It does not, however, come ready to hang, but I can add hanging wire to the back if you wish, for no extra cost.

This piece was painted as part of a pair (see third image). Its partner, Dark Tree, is available separately.
