long sleeves have black plastic buttons at the sleeve
wide banded waist and mock t-neck have embroidered ribbon details - fabric is a woven cotton or (more likely) a cotton blend

large ruffle at hem

metal zipper up back

there is also a size tag - either 6 or 9 ?
and a ILGWU tag dating the dress to the late 60's or early 70's.

dress is in excellent condition
some of the hem has been restitched, and one part needs a bit of restitching again, hem does not hang.

otherwise near perfect - bright colors, no stains or holes to note.
