Kuan Yin as Beauty

Description

I originally made her and her flying companion as a painted wooden figure in a colorful puppet theater box. You can see this puppet box in the bottom right photograph (it is NOT what you would be purchasing). I photographed her and have now made her into a print. The myth of Kuan Yin (Goddess of Merciful Compassion) says she can appear in 33 different manifestations - and will appear as someone those who called on her will immediately identify as sympathetic to their plight. I can't help but think she would be beautiful, too.

This print is made on high quality professional luster paper which is archival and will last for generations. The printed area measures 8 inches by 10.5 inches on an 8.5x11 inch white paper. The print will arrive signed, dated and packaged in a clear cello sleeve, with a carboard protection.
