February 2008 What Did You Buy Today Zine

Description

February was short but packed with adventure! I traveled to both Portlands (ME and Oregon) and enjoyed each one immensely. I did not, however, enjoy the food at the airport (see chili purchased on first portland trip). February was also Girl Scout cookie time! On my honor, I will shove my face with thin mints and shortbread, and live by the girl scout law of making myself feel physically ill.

The cover color pays homage to the forks that were purchased on February 19th. They are also symbolic of the way it feels like a fork is jabbing my spleen every time I have to pay my bills.

Every copy of What Did You Buy Today comes with a button or a sticker or a postcard or whatever I happen to think would be awesome to give away that day. The covers are color laser printed onto cardstock and the guts are b&w photocopies. Oh and a plastic bag. It all comes in a fancy schmancy plastic bag. SWEET!
