Comptometer Gear Pendant or Ornament Has Moving Parts 3 LAST ONE

Here is the latest addition to my "It Came From Doris" section in my shop. I decided to make these, as I wanted to create a more affordable piece from my comptometer than what is already in my shop. I used a gear that's top portion will turn gently around and even has a clicking sound! PLEASE NOTE that I said "gently turns", meaning it's tunable and quite a fun piece, but it's still jewelry, so please no abusing the parts! LOL!! Seriously though this is a great piece and will withstand normal wear for many years to come.
The headpins I used sterling silver headpins to turn them into pendants/ornaments. I also added some acrylic cats eye beads and a garnet gemstone bead.

Unless Doris happens to be hiding something from me, there will only be 4 of these pendant/ornaments. This listing is for #3 in the pendant series.

The gear is from a 1886-1930 comptometer that I found at an estate sale and took apart, piece by piece (see last picture). All parts were cleaned and de-greased and sprayed with a semi gloss polyurethane to preserve the gear/parts and the natural age on the parts.

This an original art pendant/ornament designed by me. To the best of my knowledge I am the first to design a piece of art jewelry using a comptometer. I will be listing other art jewelry as I progress on taking apart my acquired comptometer I have lovingly named "Doris". With the purchase of any of my designs involving "Doris" you will be e-mailed all pictures (jpegs, not physical pictures on photo paper) of "her", in the original state before I started taking "her" apart and pictures that documented my progress of taking "her" apart...it was a dirty job, and she smelled like a oily machine shop. In this listing I have included a picture of "Doris", be assured there is more if you become the owner of a piece in this series.
