Copper Circles Stud Earrings - large

Description

These cute little circle stud earrings are handcrafted from 100% copper wire.

The circles are not quite a centimeter in diameter, and the posts are made from 20 gauge wire, just slightly heavier than average earring posts for stability. I also have small circle studs available with approximately 5-6mm circles.

This pair is made with a shiny finish, if you'd prefer a brushed/matte finish just let me know.

These earrings come with clear silicone backs.

I was inspired to start making stud earrings when my infant son got old enough to start grabbing at anything sparkly that moved - including my dangly earrings.

Smaller stud earrings are much more baby-friendly for a couple reasons: they don't swing when you move, and they are so small that they are harder for little hands to grab.

Now I wear studs daily - I made myself a variety of copper and silver styles, which are all available for you to purchase (not the pairs I've worn of course - the earrings I sell are custom made for you when you order them and have never been worn).

Tip for cleaning copper jewelry: when copper gets tarnished or dull looking, soak in lemon juice or vinegar, then rinse with water, dry and buff with a soft cloth - completely non-toxic and your copper should look nice and shiny again!

For people with sensitive ears: the posts are 100% copper and do not contain nickel.
